How long will it take to get a response to my email enquiry?
We aim to reply with 24 hours, but ideally, you will hear from us within a few hours.
How long will it take to receive my order?
That depends where we are sending too. If you order online by 1pm NZT, we aim to send out the next morning before 11am. Our courier company will endeavour for overnight delivery, however, we suggest you allow two working days. If your item is a rural delivery, please allow two more days. We will send you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
What are your payment options?
Our website checkout can process Visa or MasterCard, credit or debit cards.
How does click and collect work?
Just buy the item online, go through to the checkout as usual, and we will have it ready for you to collect from our Rutland Street store. We are open 10am – 5pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday
What about returns?
Simple, just contact us and we can talk it through. Any faulty item will be refunded or replaced. If you change your mind or have ordered the wrong item, we will provide a store credit.
What else do you have available?
We have a whole store or ideas to help you create the perfect gift. Simply get in touch and we can give you ideas. Some of our items cannot be sent, they are just too large or too fragile and no one wants to receive a gift that is broken.
